Where are you based? 
I am based in Hawkhurst, Kent I am a home run salon in the heart of the Kentish countryside! 

How do I book?
If you message me via WhatsApp or one of my social media's listed I will get back to you as soon as I can! I use Fresha partner to help with my bookings which will confirm your booking time and ask you to pay your deposit. 

Do I offer discounts? 
I will soon be offering loyalty cards which you will receive 10% off after 5 appointments and 20% off after 10 appointments. I also will offer birthday week discount however you will need a pictured ID with your full name and DOB to confirm. Seasonal discounts will be announced during the holidays. 

Is there an age limit? 
For gel treatments there is no age limit however, acrylic services I only offer to those over 12 years of age as acrylic is very damaging to young nails and thier nail bed. 

Do I accepted card payment? 
Cash is preferred but if you do wish to pay card you will be charged an extra £1.50 surcharge. 

1. When booking an appointment you will be required to pay a £5.00 deposit. This just secures your appointment and will be deducted from your total the day of your appointment. If you wish to cancel or move your appointment you will need to give me more then 24hrs notice or else your deposit will be kept. 
   
   
2. Children are welcome to appointments but on the odd chance any equipment gets broken or damaged it will be your responsibility to pay for it in full. The same applies if an adult was to break equipment. 
   
   
3. Model clients do not need to pay a deposit however, if you book a model set and give less then 24hrs notice or I have a no show you will not be considered for a model in the future. 
   
   
4. I do not infill or fix anyone else's work! I'm happy to remove others work for a full set done by me but I do not infill it fix other peoples work! 

If you are allergic to any kind of product please let me know before your appointment so that I can ensure that what I use the day of your appointment is safe to use. This avoids any complication and reactions.
